This week, Lehman, Lee & Xu was voted as a DealMakers Law Award Winner 2011 in the category of INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW FIRM OF THE YEAR. The DealMakers Law Awards 2011 recognize a select number of leading professional firms, across the globe, for their individual areas of specialization, within their geographical location. Reflection on 'Hong Shi Ma' trademark case

Beijing No. 1 Inter mediate People¡¯s Court has reached a conclusion in the first instance on the trademark case brought by Hubei Xiangyun (Group) Chemical Co Ltd (Xiangyun Group) against the Trademark Review and Adjudication Board (TRAB) of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce (SAIC) and the third person BASF SE.
