Lehman, Lee & Xu - China Trademark in the news

For this week, the Fourth Session of the 11th National People's Congress (NPC) of China was held between March 3, 2011 and March 14, 2011. During the Session, I was invited again by CCTV, the national TV station of China, to talk about Chinese legal issues on March 10, 2011. Should you hope to share my opinions on those issues, please watch the video at http://www.lehmanlaw.com/press-room/articles-presentations.html.

This week also witnessed a powerful 9.0 magnitude earthquake along the east coast of Honshu, Japan on March 11, 2011. I would like to extend my sympathies and support to the people suffering from this earthquake. I will also stand with those here in China with family and friends affected by these natural disasters.
