  • Implement the WTO Agreement in an effective and uniform manner by revising its existing domestic laws and enacting new legislation that is fully WTO compliant
  • Provide non-discriminatory treatment to all WTO members
  • Eliminate dual pricing practices
  • Ensure that price controls are not used to protect domestic industries or services providers
  • Allow all enterprises to import and export all goods and trade them throughout the customs territory within three years (with limited exceptions)
  • Remove any export subsidies on agricultural products.
  • Establish the right to engage in distribution of all products in China within 3 years except certain items, which will be given such rights within 5 years.
