What does trade in services refer to in GATS?

  1. Services supplied from one country to another (cross border supply);
  2. Consumers or firms making use of services in another country (consumption abroad);
  3. Foreign companies setting up a commercial presence to provide services in another country(commercial presence);
  4. Individuals traveling from their own country to supply services in another country (presence of natural persons).
