I heard that China has been revising its foreign trade and economic cooperation laws and regulations for WTO accession. Are such revisions fundamental changes to the existing legal framework?

Not exactly. It is true that China has been and will continue changing part of its legal system, but such changes are not structural or fundamental changes to the legal framework, but rather revisions and improvements of the existing legal system. The goals of such changes are to make China's legal system more complete and comprehensive in terms of WTO rules so that a uniform, fair and transparent legal system can be built.
