In composing a contract of employment between employer and employee, what clauses must be included by law?

In drafting a contract of employment, an employer must ensure that all the rights and obligations of the employer and the employee are clearly stipulated. Clauses that must be included are job description, amount of remuneration, terms of insurance and welfare, workers protection, safety conditions, disciplinary requirements, probationary period, validity period and the conditions under which the contract can be terminated or changed.
