A number of modifications were made due to the requirements that foreign invested enterprises should enjoy autonomous rights under the principles of the socialist market economy.
1) that FIE no longer have to our purchase their raw materials and fuel in China first. They can now enjoy an increased power of purchase.
2) FIE are no longer obliged to export all or the majority of their products , they can regulate their sales how they wish - the same as other domestic enterprises.
3) FIE no longer has to report their manufacturing and managing plans to local administration.
