Lehman, Lee & Xu Invited to Give Presentation at China Labour Conference (June 7, 2006)

Shanghai, China - June 7, 2006 - Lehman, Lee & Xu has been invited by IBC Asia to speak at the China Labour Law & HR Practices Conference, to be held on September 13-15 in Shanghai, and September 18-20 in Beijing. The firm will make presentations at both conferences, including a pre-conference seminar on Managing Compensation & Benefits, which is designed to formulate comprehensive strategies for dealing with HR issues.

On March 20, 2006, the new draft Chinese Labour Law was released for comment by the public, and is expected to be implemented in the second half of this year. As a result, there will be numerous challenges for HR management, due to the substantial amendments to the current system.
HR directors and managers of companies with operations in China, as well as HK & Singapore; Recruitment Agencies, HR Consultancies, Training & Mgmt Consultancies; Tax & Legal Advisors are expected to attend.
