What other cases can the patent administrative authorities handle in addition to patent infringement cases?

At the request of the parties concerned, the patent administrative authorities also handle the following cases:

-Disputes regarding ownership of the right of application or of patent;
-Disputes regarding the qualification of applicant;
-Disputes regarding remuneration;
-Disputes arising after the publication of an application for a patent and before the granting of the patent right.
