9. How does the new TMO deal with the official fee?

A "one-off" official fee of HK$1,300 will cover application, advertising and registration fees, compared to total official fees of approximately HK$8,000 for a typical application under the old law. Each subsequent mark in a multi-class application will cost HK$650.
