What are some of China's major WTO accession commitments regarding agricultural products?

China has agreed to cut tariffs on several priority products including important livestock and horticultural products. China also agreed to establish tariff rate quotas for wheat, corn, cotton, rice, sugar, soy oil, rapeseed and palm oil, wool and wool tops. Meanwhile, China has agreed to guarantee that a minimum percentage of these quotas will be allocated to private firms.
