What is required when submitting an arbitration application with CIETAC?

According to Article 13 of the Arbitration Rules of CIETAC, the claimant shall submit the following materials and documents when filing the arbitration application:

i. an application for arbitration, specifying:

a) names and addresses of the claimant and the respondent, including zip code, telephone number, fax number, or other telecommunication means;

b) the arbitration agreement relied upon by the claimant;

c) the facts of the case and the main points in disputes; and

d) the claim and the facts and evidence on which the claim is based.

ii. the relevant documentary evidence in support of the claim; and

iii. the required arbitration fee based on the Fee Schedule of CIETAC.
