According to the Reciprocal Enforcement of Arbitral Awards between Hong Kong and Mainland China, the successful party can apply to the Hong Kong High Court for enforcement of the award. The time limit for the application is limited by a law regarding the time period in Hong Kong, which is 6 years from the date when the other party fails to fulfill its obligations under the award.
