The Draft Guide focuses on standardizing the administrative structure and mechanisms of accounting firms, the operations of their shareholder' meeting, board meeting, supervisors' meeting, the duties of accounting managers, shareholders' rights and obligations, entry and exit of shareholders as well as transfers of shares.
