Specializing in Patent Law, Professor Li Shun De was recently involved in new developments regarding the TRIPS law in China. He is the Deputy Director of the Intellectual Property Center at the China Academy of Social Sciences. An excellent organizer and speaker, Professor Li Shun De is frequently called to lecture at various training courses around the country. He is an advisor to the courts in Beijing and Shanghai and is an arbitrator of the Beijing Arbitration committee. Professor Li Shun De was one of the first qualified patent agents in China and is a very active scholar and educator of Intellectual Property in China.
